Common in Big Island, on open dry forests, saw it perched on tree afternoon, . Seen noon till end of day, can be seen perched and flying as well. , Was able to approach it closely, being the top predator in Hawaii, it shows lot of confidence, Raptors usually do not respond to calls. |
